2015 ULI Arizona Real Estate Trends Day
SHAPING THE FUTURE: ARIZONA’S DRIVE TO EXCEL
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Arizona is hosting its annual Real Estate Trends Day on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, from 7:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Phoenician. This year’s theme is Shaping the Future: Arizona’s Drive to Excel. ULI Arizona has secured Rick Reilly, an award-winning journalist and legendary sports writer, as the 2015 Trends Day Keynote.
Trends Day Session Topics:
This year’s event will feature panel discussions on infill development and redevelopment; the Phoenix Open and the SuperBowl; employer and site selection and land and residential. The day will also feature quick hit discussions on crowdfunding, retail, capital markets, Tucson and office and industrial. A debate style format will discuss trends in incentives and Kimberly S. Lear, a generational expert, will discuss bridging the generational divide.
