5151 E. Broadway Tower Announces New Property Manager

TUCSON, ARIZ.  –  5151 E. Broadway announces new Building Manager at Tucson’s largest commercial office building. Mark Isenberger has been hired to manage the iconic tower and is part of the Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR team who oversees leasing, management, and operations for 5151.

Mark Isenberger has returned to his roots in Tucson and brought a wealth of experience to 5151. Recently, he oversaw a corporate campus for a Fortune 500 insurance company. He is a long-time Building Owners and Managers As­sociation (BOMA) mem­ber, both chairing and vice-chairing the Westside and San Fernando Valley Regional Councils and is a past member of the BOMA Greater Los Ange­les Political Affairs Com­mittee. Mark earned a Bach­elor of Arts degree in Jour­nalism and Political Sci­ence from the University of Arizona. He holds Real Estate Licenses in both Arizona and California.

5151 E. Broadway is on target to complete eight million dollars in building renovations, by year’s end.

The installation of contemporary elevator cabs – including a state-of-the-art modernization program optimizing travel times, parking structure maintenance and repairs, and overall building upgrades are near completion.
