8th Ave Shops in Mesa, Ariz. sells for $5.22 Million to grocery store chain investor

A little tender, love, and care is what any self-managed Food City anchored center needs and this particular property is no different. This 86,444 square-foot property located at 810 & 856 S. Alma School Rd. in Mesa, AZ.  has an extreme amount of potential, but unfortunately the seller did not want to spend a lot of time investing in the time, money, and energy that was needed to put into the property. Ultimately, he agreed to sell this off market at a fair price.  The property just recently sold at $5,220,000 to Cole Valley Partners out of San Francisco, Calif.
