Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Company is nearing completion of Broadstone Camelback in the Biltmore area, its first of three high-profile apartment projects delivering in the Valley. Two additional area communities, Broadstone Lincoln and Broadstone Waterfront, are also underway and making strides toward completion in well-known Scottsdale locations.
The three developments are branded under Alliance’s luxury Broadstone collection residence banner. The 270-unit community features a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired design, gracious amenities and stunning views. The state-of-the-art fitness and business centers accommodate work and play, while the resort-inspired pool and spa offer relaxing cabanas, and a raised pool patio and lounge area. The property also features a wine room with temperature-controlled resident wine storage, event seating and a bar station, as well as a private resident putting green, an outdoor kitchen, a pet maintenance station and more. Broadstone Camelback offers multi-level floor plans ranging from 650 square feet to 1,100 square feet, including top-floor loft units that feature wood-plank flooring and soaring 19-foot ceiling heights.
Broadstone Lincoln sits on 5.31 acres of land at the high-profile northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive. This 264-unit community is adjacent to the future 110-acre, master-planned Ritz Carlton development and is within two miles of high-end destination shopping centers including The Borgata of Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square. The community will deliver its first units in September, with completion scheduled for early 2014.
The third flagship property, Broadstone Waterfront, broke ground in February 2013. The property sits on 3.35 acres of land that will serve as the final keystone to the successful Scottsdale Waterfront center. The 259-unit community within the heart of downtown Scottsdale sits just south of Scottsdale Fashion Square and adjacent to the Scottsdale Waterfront restaurants, high-rise condominiums and specialty retail stores. The community will offer studio, one-, two- and two-plus-bedroom floor plans, averaging 850+ square feet. Project completion is scheduled for third quarter 2014.
