Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., has announced the $1.2 million sale of an automotive repair facility at 15445 North 83rd Way in the Scottsdale Airpark.
Cassidy Turley Senior Vice President Michael Kitlica negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer, L&R Real Estate Holdings, LLC (dba Roven Techs). The seller, Dry Dirt Holdings, LLC was represented by Robbie Petty and Ed Beeh of SRS Real Estate Partners.
Built in 2004, the one-story car/truck service facility sits on 1.26 acres just west of Loop 101. The automotive repair facility includes four bays, three lifts and one pit, along with a fenced yard. Roven Techs specializes in the repair and maintenance of new and vintage Land Rover vehicles and purchased the asset to accommodate expansion needs.
