Jelodon HC has leased 1,383 square feet at Campbell Plaza Shopping Center located at 2800-2990 N. Campbell Ave. in Tucson. The landlord, Campbell Plaza Two, LLC, was represented by Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson office. The tenant was represented by Rick Kleiner with PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services.
Agility Spine & Sports Physical Therapy has leased 2,880 square feet of office space at 1605 E. River Road in Tucson. The landlord, Macalu Partners, LLC, was represented by Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson office. The tenant was represented by Tim DeNiro with Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC.
Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation has leased 1,223 square feet of office space at Ina Executive Center located at 3295 Ina Road in Tucson. The tenant was represented by CBRE Tucson’s Bruce Suppes. Ina Executive Center was represented by Tom Nieman with PICOR.
Tetra Tech, Inc. has leased renewed its lease for 3,976 square feet of office space at 4801 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. The Pasadena, Calif.-based provider of consulting, engineering, and technical services was represented by David Volk in CBRE’s Tucson office and Nicole Bise in CBRE’s LA office. The landlord Forty-Eight-O-One, LLC, was represented by Greg Vinikoor with Vinikoor Commercial Realty.
CFT Developments, LLC has purchased a 2,800-sq.-ft. free-standing retail building on a 1.25-acre lot at 1600 W. Valencia in Tucson from Val-Mid Associates. The former location of a Chevron gas station will be redeveloped into a Panda Express restaurant. Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Peron with CBRE’s Tucson office represented CFT Developments in the $1.21 million transaction. The seller was represented by Beth Jo Zeitzer with ROI Properties in Phoenix and Henry Zipf with Henry Zipf Realty in Tucson.
Monroe, McDonough, Brent & Morales, PLLC has leased 1,702 square feet of office space at 2500 N. Tucson Blvd. The landlord, a joint venture between AEH Investors IV and PMH Investors IV, was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE’s Tucson. The tenant was represented by Mark Hayes with Tierra Antigua Realty, LLC.
Connect Wireless has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at Cornerstone Plaza located at 2485 N. Swan Road in Tucson. The tenant was represented by Jesse Peron and Peter Villaescusa with CBRE’s Tucson office. The landlord, Heights Properties, LLP, was represented by Jim Egan and Ryan Egan with Prime Commercial Real Estate.
Rue 21 has leased 6,500 square feet of at RIM County Mall located at 400 E. Highway in Payson, Ariz. The specialty discount retailer was represented by Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Peron with CBRE’s Tucson office. The landlord, Payson Development Assoc., was represented by Andy Seleznov with Larsen Baker.
