CBRE’s Tucson office has released the following recent leasing transactions for the greater Tucson area:

Northland Hearing Centers, Inc. has leased 1,446 square feet of office space at Green Valley Professional Plaza located at 1151 S. La Canada Dr. in Green Valley, Ariz. CBRE’s David Volk and Bruce Suppes negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Holualoa GV Professional Plaza. The tenant was represented by Karen Burhkardt with Stone-Miller.

GNC has leased 1,499 square feet of retail space at Campbell Plaza located at 2952 N. Campbell Ave. in Tucson. CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented the landlord, Campbell Plaza One LLC. GNC was represented by Shannon Murphy, also with CBRE.

Berwick-Himes Insurance Services LLC has leased 1,732 square feet of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center located at 3561 E. Sunrise Dr. in Tucson. CBRE’s David Montijo and Jeff Casper negotiated the lease term between the tenant and the landlord, La Paloma Corporate Center LLC.

The lawfirm of Campbell, Yost, Clare & Norell, P.C. has leased 2,326 square feet of office space at Foothills Corporate Center located at 3430 E. Sunrise Dr. in Tucson. CBRE’s Bruce Suppes represented the tenant. The landlord, United Insurance Company of America, was represented by David Volk, also with CBRE.

AudioEye, Inc. has leased 6,003 square feet of office space at 5210 E. Williams Circle in Tucson. CBRE’s Buzz Isaacson represented the tenant. The landlord, Irvine, Calif.-based WC Partners, was represented by Peter Casey of the Colton Company.
