ARA Phoenix is pleased to announce that Chris Canter has joined the office as an Associate focusing exclusively on the marketing and sale of multifamily investments. Chris will be working with Brad Goff and David Lord on properties throughout the metro Phoenix area.
Prior to joining ARA, Chris worked as an office leasing agent at Lee & Associates. During his tenure at Lee & Associates, Chris was the lead agent on the leasing assignment of a 120,000-square-foot office building in Chandler. Chris’ diligence and dedication to his client led him to exceed the previous leasing agent’s production by 200 percent.
Chris is a Phoenix native and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Philosophy and Communication and a minor in Business. Chris is also very active in the community and is involved in many charitable organizations including Young Life and Men’s Art Council.
