Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has announced its top producers for 2013. 

Leading the group is Chris Toci, Executive Director in the Capital Markets group.  Toci negotiated 10 investment sales totaling $278.8 million and more than 1.8 million square feet in a variety of property types, including corporate campuses, business centers and a retail center.

The largest single transaction closed by Toci was the $54.5 million, 232,648-square-foot CIGNA Corporate Campus at Norterra. Another significant sale was the $42.773 million, 258,269 SF Biltmore Commerce Center.

Top producer in the Multifamily Advisory Group was Jim Crews. Crews’ largest  transactions for 2013 included the $21 million, 204,732 SF sale of 701 W. Grove Parkway and the $18 million, 203,964 SF sale of 999 E. Baseline.

Top producer in the Office Group was Michael White. White handled the state’s largest transaction for 2013, the $113.6 million, 1.3 MSF First Solar facility in Mesa to Apple. In addition, White handled First Solar’s relocation lease for 418,200 SF at 2950 S. Litchfield Rd.   

 Top producer in the Industrial Group was Jim Wilson. Wilson negotiated the First Solar/Apple deal with White. Another notable transaction for Wilson was the 80,309 SF lease at 4025. S. 32nd St. to Asurion Corp.

Adam Madison was named top producer in the Retail Group.  Notable leases included The Gladly restaurant at Anchor Centre on the Camelback Corridor.
