Christine Zeihen has recently accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer with The Desert Troon Companies. This recent development is the next step in what has already been a stellar career for one of Arizona’s top commercial real estate professionals.
With an education and background in finance, Zeihen brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to her new position. Prior to accepting this position, Zeihen had been the CFO at W.M. Grace Companies since 1995.
She is also a licensed real estate broker and is Designated Broker for her company, Biltmore Realty Advisors, LLC.
Before coming to W.M. Grace, Zeihen worked for over 12 years at Gosnell Development Company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.
Zeihen has long been an advocate for women in the real estate industry and her career provides an exemplary path to follow. She is extremely active in the community. She currently serves on Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) Southwest Board of Directors and has been involved with the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, Valley Partnership, Brokers for Kids, ASU Alumni, Arthritis Foundation, Home Base and Arizona Family Hope.
