U.S. Fab Pipe, Inc., formerly Custom Fab, has renewed its Lease for ten (10) years at 3065 S. 43rd Avenue, Phoenix. The manufacturing building is approximately 65,000 SF, situated on 10.86 acres. Jeff Hays of CPI’s Industrial Team represented the Tenant and Cushman Wakefield represented the Landlord, Lippert Components, Inc.
Hays also represented Vinyl Visions, LLC, a California vinyl and plastics extrusion company, who plans to build a state of the art 50,000 SF manufacturing facility on 3.81 acres in the Centerpointe West Commerce Park in Prescott, Arizona. Hays commented that John Halle, Owner, likes the Arizona business climate, especially in Prescott, compared to southern California, where they have operated for the past 15 years. The building is slated for occupancy in September 2016.
In another recently completed transaction, CPI closed escrow on a 17,800 SF industrial building in the Watkins Business Park at 5020 W. Watkins Street, Phoenix, AZ. Hays represented the Seller, Gant Enterprises, LLC in this transaction. NAI Horizon represented the Buyer, Preferred Pump & Equipment. The purchase price was $1.53 million.
