Commercial Properties, Inc., Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, reported its top five October transactions.
In total the firm completed 137 transactions in October for a total of 1,318,832 square feet.
Leading the Lease Transactions Category, Tenant Representative Ken Elmer brokered an agreement with Arizona Urgent Care, LLC, for 5 spaces in Gilbert, Mesa & Tucson, totaling just over $4.987 million.
In industrial sales, John Soldo and Leroy Breinholt sold a 13,000 SF Property at 17066 S 54th St, Chandler, to OMD Holdings, totaling $607,500. The property includes an industrial warehouse, office and yard.
Sr. Corporate Services VP Jeff Hays and Corporate Services VP Chad Neppl leased out 15,553 SF of industrial space at 3530 E Atlanta Ave, Phoenix, for $432,778.
Land Group Vice President Donn Kinzle and Sr Vice President Ron Schooler worked together to sell 762,300 SF of Goodyear land to Goodyear Care Group, LP, for $1.95 million.
Lastly, in the company’s largest transaction for the month, two of CPI’s Retail Group leaders – Trent Rustan and Josh Gosnell – brokered a 12,900 SF purchase agreement for TBV-WB, LLC at 11201 N Scottsdale Road worth just under $2.4 million.
