Commercial Real Estate Veteran Joins the ORION Office Division

Lucinda Bliss has been producing results for building owners and occupants since the 1980’s and has brought this experience and focus to ORION Investment Real Estate’s Office Division. “I was looking to join a firm that could utilize my experience and talents, when a friend suggested ORION. I’m glad she did; I am delighted to be here!” exclaimed Lucinda.


Her commercial real estate background in Arizona includes a family-owned land sales company, the properties division of the largest bank in the state, in-house office leasing for one of the largest commercial developers/builders in Arizona, an award-winning independent contractor for local, regional and national brokerage/management firms representing owners and tenants of office, retail, medical, and industrial properties, and co-founding a successful female-owned local brokerage firm. She has served on the boards of both local and national non-profit organizations, and was a charter member of Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW).

A licensed broker in both Arizona and California, Lucinda co-founded a commercial real estate brokerage in 2010, based in Monterey, California servicing Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. She established a presence in a market characterized by limited water resources and coastal regulatory restrictions. She stabilized office, industrial and retail properties for local and out-of-state owners, found a tenant for an iconic, but long vacant, Cannery Row building, and provided better solutions for a broad array of office, industrial, medical, and retail tenants.  Lucinda’s Arizona reputation led to regional collaboration with global brokerage firms seeking representation for their national and international clients in Monterey and Salinas, CA.
