Local attorney, real estate executive and community leader Bradley Wright has joined Nations Group as a principal to form Nations Wright, LLC. Nations Group was founded by Chris Nations as Nations Consulting Group in 2007. The new real estate development company will continue to specialize in project management and owners representation across many market segments both in Arizona and around the country.
When discussing this new venture, Wright said, “Chris has created a perfect platform for us to expand our operations representing owners both locally and nationally. The company’s mission of transparent owner’s representation has been extremely well received by the markets we serve.”
Nations Wright represents several colleges, universities and municipalities in the construction or renovation of sports and entertainment venues. The company currently represents both Indiana State University and the University of Missouri Kansas City on basketball arena renovation projects.
In Arizona, the company represents high performing charter management organizations including Great Hearts Academies and Legacy Traditional Schools in the development, financing and construction of new school facilities. Nations Wright also represents local municipalities on public projects, as well as private companies developing new and renovated facilities.
Chris Nations stated, “Brad’s expertise in public finance, deal structure and entitlements, as well as his relationships in the community, position Nations Wright to bring tremendous value to our clients.” Wright and Nations will serve as co-presidents of the company.
Prior to this venture, Wright spent 11 years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of SunCor Development Company, and was a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for the Apollo Group. Wright is the current Chairman of WESTMARC, and a past chairman of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority, appointed by Governor Jan Brewer. Wright also serves on the Final Four Exploratory Committee, Fighter Country Partnership, and the Urban Land Institute.
