CPI Announces Sale of 10 Acres in Maricopa to Expected End Ministries

Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) announced the sale of 10 acres of land for in Maricopa to Expected End Ministries, a Maricopa-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) prison ministry. The group will develop the land at 16540 N. Porter Road as the future international headquarters for its global outreach programs.

CPI’s Trent Rustan and Josh Gosnell represented KDJJ Industries, the seller of the 10 acre site. “I am pleased to have been able to help put this transaction together,” said Rustan. “Katie Souza, president of Expected End Ministries, and her team have a very compelling story to tell and very ambitious plans for the property. This is a very exciting day for them and for the City of Maricopa.”

The sale was valued at $943,000.
