Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, has appointed Rod Beach to the position of Principal, Cresa Phoenix. Mr. Beach will provide leadership and direction across the many facets of operations including strategic services and transaction management.
Mr. Beach joins a management team built by Gary Gregg, Scott Maxwell, Chris Walton, and Jason Wery. “Rod’s extensive experience in the corporate real estate market will prove invaluable in his new role,” commented Gary Gregg. Chris Walton adds, “Rod is such a solid person, you’ll be hard matched to ever find anyone that doesn’t thoroughly agree. Prior to Cresa, I had the pleasure of working with Rod at a previous firm, so it’s been a thrill to join forces again. He is the consummate professional and one of the most connected and knowledgeable brokers in the business.”
Spanning a fifteen-year period, Rod has specialized in comprehensive lease negotiations, corporate headquarters transactions, sale-leasebacks and dispositions, as well as regional and national portfolio strategies. He is an expert in transaction management and leverages the Cresa platform to ensure his clients’ business operations and financial objectives are met.
“The past ten years with Cresa have been among the most fulfilling of my professional life. I am very proud of what our firm continues to accomplish. I am thrilled to be joining the Management Team at such a pivotal time and look forward to working in collaboration with our Managing Principals to bring this great company to a new and exciting level.”
