LearnVest, an award-winning financial planning company, is relocating its Arizona office to SkySong 2, according to Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc.
The New York-based firm signed a three-year commitment at ASU’s Scottsdale Innovation Center located at 1375 N. Scottsdale Road for space that expands its operations. LearnVest is relocating from its initial Tempe site to a 5,160-square-foot space at SkySong 2. LearnVest is scheduled to take occupancy of the Skysong 2 on February 3.
“SkySong will allow LearnVest to continue growing its planning hub in Arizona,” said
John Gardner, COO of LearnVest. “We are thrilled to be a part of the entrepreneurial community in
Scottsdale and to continue our culture of innovation in this new space.”
“Recognizing LearnVest’s startup culture, we knew SkySong would be an ideal place for them to continue their growth and truly establish themselves in the market,” said Matt Coxhead with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona. “Representing tenants in a sizable real estate market, it is important to understand more than their quantitative space requirements and to pay close attention to their operating environment and sense of corporate community. This is a terrific personality match of corporate user and business park.”
Coxhead and Ryan Bartos of Cushman & Wakefield represented LearnVest in the lease transaction. Holualoa Capital Management, the landlord, was represented by Andrew Cheney of Lee & Associates Arizona.
Tenants at SkySong include jobing.com, recruiting.com, Yodlee, ASU and Webfilings.
