Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. helped negotiate the lease of DM Nutraceuticals into a 33,624-square-foot, multi-tenant warehouse at the Normal Junction Tempe distribution center, 1895 S. Los Feliz Drive.

DM Nutraceuticals, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements, signed a long-term lease and recently relocated. The 51,730 SF warehouse is now 100 percent occupied.

“This transaction had a very quick timeline and required concerted focus and effort by all parties to complete” said Jackie Orcutt. “Normal Junction provides an ideal location just off the Loop 101 in northeast Tempe for tenants desiring to service the Scottsdale and Southeast Valley markets efficiently.”
