DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced that it represented both parties in the lease of a 15,368 square foot industrial warehouse building in Phoenix, Ariz.

Steel Solutions is best known as Arizona’s leading manufacturer of hand trucks (also known as hand carts, keg
carts, etc.). The Phoenix metal processor supplies its hand trucks to many of the state’s beverage distributors,
warehouses and delivery services. Steel Solutions’ metal processing division shapes steel, aluminum and other
materials used to build free-standing metal structures, column braces, vehicle frames and sheet metal, and
architectural designs. They provide plasma cutting, laser cutting, cnc machining and pressurized-water cutting
services.
