
Phoenix, Ariz. – Cushman & Wakefield completed the sale of Dominion Verrado Self-Storage, located at 20825 W. McDowell Road in Buckeye, Ariz., for $9.1 million. 20825 W. McDowell SP, LLC and William Warren Pro of Santa Monica, Calif. purchased the property from Dominion Self-Storage, LLC of Fountain Hills, Ariz.
Paul Boyle, Greg Wells and Rick Danis of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
Dominion Verrado Self-Storage is a high-end 81,318-square-foot, state-of-the-art storage facility. Built in 2018, the property has a total of 524 climate controlled units and is currently 80% occupied.
