DPC Development Company (DPC) recently completed the acquisition of Cotton Corporate Center III at 4720 E. Cotton Gin Loop in Phoenix, Ariz.  Cotton Corporate Center III is a Class “A” Silver LEED® Certified project located within the 280 acre master-planned Cotton Center business park. 

The property was purchased from Buchanan Street Partners a real estate investment firm (who recently purchased the Carlson Portfolio) for $6 million or $140 per-square-foot.  This is the third property purchased by DPC in the Valley.  Most recently DPC purchased the Biltmore Commerce Center, a Class “A” 260,000 square-foot office building at 3200 E. Camelback  Rd also in Phoenix and currently undergoing major interior renovations.
