Eastmark Commercial Planning Underway

DMB Commercial announced today that it has selected Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) as the exclusive listing broker for its first phase of commercial development at Eastmark. The Eastmark commercial district is currently being planned at the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ray Roads to provide retail, services, amenities, and office spaces.  The 45-acre mixed-use property will be developed in multiple phases.  This first phase is anticipated to include a grocery anchored neighborhood center and will be available no later than 2016.  The second phase will be designed to complement the first phase and Grand Canyon University and will include additional retail, office, lifestyle and entertainment uses.

“In addition to the residents at Eastmark, Apple’s operations and BASIS Mesa Charter School, we will soon have Grand Canyon University staff and students who will need a variety of everyday services, including dining, shopping and entertainment.  We wanted a strategic partner to help attract complementary retail, office and restaurants to Eastmark.  Phoenix Commercial Advisors built the right team for Eastmark and we are looking forward to working with them on these new plans,” said Michael Burke, Vice President of DMB Commercial.  The PCA team will work with DMB Commercial to develop a retail strategy and serve as the exclusive listing broker for the commercial center.

Dan Gardiner and Greg Laing, two of the cofounders of Phoenix Commercial Advisors, will lead the team of professionals.  “We have a true 24/7 community growing at Eastmark with a major tech company, a university, neighborhoods, schools and more.  Our team is looking forward to bringing a great mix of operators that will attract more visitors into the community,” said Gardiner.
