Evergreen Development recently opened Outlook Golden Ridge Apartments at 544 Golden Ridge Road in Golden, Colo. The new apartment community sits high upon the ridge as individuals arrive into Golden.

Denver-based KTGY Architecture & Planning was the architect for the community, and Colorado-based Nexus Builders, LLC was the contractor.
