Phoenix-based Evergreen Development Company announced today that its Perris Marketplace commercial project of three multi-tenant shops and pads, located at on the corner of Citrus Avenue and Perris Boulevard in Perris, California, is 100 percent leased with a dynamic assortment of category-leading tenants.
A total of 21 businesses have signed on to be a part of the upscale shopping marketplace, including 12 restaurants and nine retailers. Eighteen are opening their first location in Perris.
“Having Perris Marketplace fully leased completes the unique retail mix that significantly upgrades the dining, retail and service offerings in the greater Perris, Calif. market,” said Chris Bergren, Principal of Evergreen Development. “Shoppers will enjoy discovering the new-to-market concepts at the property as well as the diversity of possibilities.”
New to market restaurant establishments include Pieology, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Baskin Robbins, Dickey’s BBQ, Wendy’s, Panda Express, Jimmy John’s, Yogurtland and Waba Grill join Starbucks and Popeye’s.
New to market retail and service establishments feature America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, T-Mobile, Verizon, Majestic Nails, Pacific Dental Services, Fiesta Insurance, Daniel’s Jewelers and Great Clips.
Paul Galmarini and Gretchen Lastra of Progressive Real Estate Partners represented Evergreen in the lease agreements, with retail gross leasable area totaling 30,311 square-feet and restaurant GLA totaling 8,819 square-feet.
The development site sits on 5.32 acres of land, which Evergreen purchased from Walmart in May 2016. The purchase was part of a joint venture with Trachman-Indevco, LLC, a California-based real estate investment and development company.
