Greenlight Communities has selected RangeWater, a leading national multifamily management and real estate company, to provide property management services for its newest property, Cabana Hayden.
The company has recently begun leasing at Cabana Hayden, located at 2240 N. Hayden Road, with 89 units now available for potential residents. The property will open to new residents to move in on March 10, 2021.

Greenlight’s Cabana Hayden is a joint venture between Greenlight and Holualoa Companies.

The Cabana Hayden property is one of seven new-build Cabana projects announced to date and will make use of Greenlight’s innovative approach and industry-changing designs to create communities with reasonable rent rates.
