Documents were signed today for the purchase of Hayden Station by Mill Avenue Office, L.L.C., a commercial real estate entity owned by Bob Parsons. The mixed-use space, which was 97 percent leased at the time of the sale, is home to notable tenants The Tavern on Mill, Pop Health Man, Logan Simpson Design, NCounter, Mojo Yogurt, Moonshine Whiskey Bar and Downtown Tempe Community, Inc.

Built in 1986, Hayden Station is a five-building mixed-use office and retail property encompassing 107,508 square feet. Uniquely positioned at the heart of a highly-desirable urban infill location in downtown Tempe, steps away from Valley Metro Light Rail, Hayden Station is an attractive location for entrepreneurial businesses.
