Phoenix, Ariz. – Hines, the international real estate firm, will celebrate the official grand opening of the Offices at Chandler Viridian on January 15, 2019 at 11 a.m. The ceremony will include Chris Anderson, Hines managing director; City of Chandler representatives and executives representing tenants.

The Offices at Chandler Viridian is a six-story, Class A office building with 250,000 square feet of leasable space. The building is the tallest multi-tenant office building in Chandler and marks the capstone to the Chandler Viridian project.

Hines’ corporate hot air balloon will make its inaugural regional flight at the event.
