Presidio has been in the Phoenix market for the last seven years and will open this office with 12 local employees. Presidio selected 24th at Camelback to be near Cisco Systems, its largest vendor, which is also a tenant in the 8-story building. Presidio won the Global Award for Architectural Excellence-Collaboration at Cisco’s Partner Summit 2014.

A leading IT solutions provider, Presidio offers consulting, IT design and implementation, and IT-as-a-Service to over 6,500 clients throughout the US.

“Presidio is proud to serve clients in the Phoenix market, helping them build the technology solutions most important to their digital readiness, including cyber security, cloud, data center, mobility, collaboration and internet of everything,” stated Presidio Senior Vice President-West Bill Ferrato. “Leading edge client projects and technologies, combined with a desirable work environment, make Presidio a destination for technology talent in Phoenix,” he added.

Hines leased a high-end speculative suite to Presidio. The space features a built-in reception desk, appliances, TV, upgraded conference room lighting and upgraded flooring. Hines has two additional high-end speculative suites, totaling 7,912 square feet, available for lease at 24th at Camelback.

“Hines designed high-end speculative suites with upgraded finishes to attract tenants without the manpower and time to manage a tenant improvement. We are pleased the suite accommodates Presidio’s needs and places them in close proximity to an important vendor,” said Michelle Brown, property manager of 24th at Camelback.

24th at Camelback’s other major tenants include AAA Arizona, Cisco Systems, Greenberg Traurig and Regus Business Centre.

Jeff Hartland and Scott Boardman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Hines in the transaction. Peter Menna of Cushman & Wakefield represented Presidio.
