PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Los Alamos Lodging, LLC has sold the Holiday Inn Express at 60 Entrada Dr. in Los Alamos, NM for a price of $8.8 million. New York-based BPM & Company, Inc. purchased the property to expand its hospitality portfolio.

Grantham and James I. Meng, both members of the Colliers International Hotels Group, handled the transaction.The 86-room, four-star hotel was built in 2009. The three-story property features a business center, fitness center and a variety of in-room amenities that includes flat screen televisions.
