Fountain Plaza, at McDowell Road and 77th Street, is anchored by a top performing Fry’s & Dollar Tree and has a nice offering of every day goods and service retailers. The center is located in the heart of the McDowell Rd Corridor, the city’s designation for future revitalization and redevelopment. Adjacent to the center is Arizona’s largest Lowe’s Home Improvement store. Nearby is the Arizona State University’s SkySong Campus, a multi building office complex, as well as the General Dynamics Mission Systems campus, which employs approximately 4,000 people.
