Irgens continues to expand its presence in the Phoenix market with the addition of Nicholas Woodruff as Development Director. Woodruff will join the Irgens’ Phoenix office in mid-December.

Woodruff brings a diverse background to Irgens and will be a key contributor to the firm’s development team. In this high-level position, Woodruff will apply his expertise in all facets of commercial real estate allowing Irgens to expand its development efforts in the greater Phoenix market and regionally. Woodruff will be responsible for overall direction of development projects, including promoting new business development, structuring successful real estate transactions, developing and maintaining client relations, identifying and evaluating healthcare and commercial development opportunities.

Prior to joining Irgens, Woodruff served in an Assistant General Manager role for a local Phoenix firm focusing on asset and investment management. Woodruff graduated cum laude from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business.
