SRS Real Estate Partners has leased three new spaces for Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches.  The first location is a 1,685-square-foot space at Park Central Mall located on Central Avenue, just north of Thomas Road in Phoenix, Ariz.  Tenants at Park Central Mall include Starbucks, Qdoba, Jamba Juice, and The Good Egg.

The second location is a 1,620-square-foot space at Scottsdale Shea Shopping center located at the northeast corner of Shea Boulevard and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Ariz.  This Safeway anchored center includes CVS Pharmacy, MidFirst Bank, McDonald’s, GNC and Dunkin’ Donuts.

The third location is a 1,410-square-foot space at Cornerstone at Queen Creek, located at the northwest corner of Rittenhouse Road and Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek, Ariz.  This Walmart anchored center includes Walgreens, Staples and Petco.
