Industry professional brings two decades of broad-based experience
Kevin Miller is joining Kitchell Development Company as a Senior Director of Development.
Miller comes to Kitchell with 20 years of diverse industry experience, most recently overseeing a $500 million national portfolio of retail, multifamily, office and land assets for Phoenix-based Seldin Family Office.
“Kevin brings great depth of experience in sectors that are perfectly aligned with our portfolio,” said Kitchell Development Vice President Rob Schramm. “He has deep roots in the Phoenix community, a vast knowledge of the market and a good understanding of the nature of our development interests. We’re thrilled to have him as part of our team.”

The company’s conservative development philosophy is well-known and respected in the industry. Kitchell Development projects include the award-winning Mountain Ranch Marketplace at Estrella, Chaparral Business Center, Prescott Valley Crossroads, Longbow Marketplace and the Freeway Logistics Center, among others.
While at Seldin, Miller served as Chief Investment Officer where he oversaw the company’s diverse portfolio, which includes land acquisitions, infrastructure developments, industrial, retail and office projects. He was also responsible for the company’s leasing activities. He previously held positions at Capital Commercial Investments, International Capital Partners and Banc One.
Miller began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP after graduating with a degree in business administration from ASU. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Real Estate Management Program. His industry and community involvements include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and the Executive Council Charities. He was recognized as a Phoenix Business Journal Forty Under 40 in 2007.
A native Phoenician, Miller grew up in the Moon Valley area where he resides today with his wife and two children.
