Lee & Associates is proud to
announce the promotion of Pete Batschelet to
Principal.

Pete began his career in commercial brokerage
in 2006. In 2013, he joined Lee & Associates as an
Associate and quickly reached Principal status in
less than 2 years.
“Pete’s enthusiasm and drive have helped him to
be very successful in a short period of time. We are
confident that he will continue to be a very productive part of our team
for many years to come,” said Fred Darche, Managing Principal.
Pete is an active member of NAIOP and is a founding member of
the Colleen’s Dream Foundation. He received his bachelor’s degree
from Drake University in Marketing and Insurance and an MBA from the
University of Phoenix.
