Sale Transactions

A private company has purchased 15,616 square feet of retail space at 3014 N. Hayden Road in
Scottsdale. The sale was negotiated by Kelly O’Dea of Levrose/TCN Worldwide.

Matt Leonard of Levrose/TCN Worldwide negotiated the sale of a group of office buildings totaling 36,428 square feet. The buildings are located at 34406 N. 27th Drive in Phoenix.

Allstate Insurance has purchased 3,701 square feet of commercial space at 4650 E. Thomas Road in Scottsdale. The sale was facilitated by Zak Kottler.

Lease Transactions

Matt Leonard facilitated the lease of a 5,952 square foot retail space at 15815 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in Scottsdale. The tenant will be an outdoor products company.

Family Dollar Store has leased 9,500 square feet of retail space at 255 E. Southern Ave. in Mesa. The lease was facilitated by Michael Feldman.

A private company has leased 3,622 square feet commercial space at 7201 E. Camelback Road in Scottsdale. The lease was facilitated by Geoff Turbow of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide.

An administrative services company has leased 9,480 square feet of space at 3420 S. Seventh Street in Phoenix. The lease was facilitated by Zak Kottler of Levrose Commercial/TCN Worldwide.
