The new Clean Machine Car Wash location at 3301 N. Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale recently received its’ certificate of occupancy and has begun operations. The 5,101 square foot facility just south of Osborn Road on the east side of Hayden Road was built by LGE Design Build, the Valley’s leader in design build construction.

The facility, designed by Cawley Architects, is Clean Machine’s first in the Valley.  The company features top of the line equipment that delivers a clean, dry and spot-free vehicle in less than four minutes.

According to David E. Sellers, president of LGE Design Build, Clean Machine offered LGE an opportunity to do something it was not used to doing.

“This job is quite a bit smaller in terms of square footage than our typical job has been over the past years,” Sellers said.  “But I was intrigued by the chance to work in an area we had not delved into in the past.  And our architectural partners at Cawley and Associates took a fresh look at a car wash and gave it a sleek, stylish design that is really eye-catching, blending the look of a 50’s drive-in with a modern, aerodynamic design.  It’s really an impressive design.”
