Liberty Property Trust Employees Pack Emergency Food Boxes for Saint Mary’s Food Bank on the 12th Annual Bill Rouse Day of Caring

On Liberty Property Trust’s annual national day of service in honor of its founder, Willard “Bill” G. Rouse III, the company’s Arizona office came together in support of Saint Mary’s Food Bank, a non-profit organization that provides an array of programs designed to help those in need receive food and other types of assistance.

“As a company, we feel it’s imperative that we give back to the communities in which we do business. Saint Mary’s Food Bank has been a pioneer in alleviating hunger by efficiently gathering and distributing food to those in need,” said John DiVall, senior vice president and city manager for Liberty’s Arizona region. “We are honored to volunteer at Saint Mary’s Food Bank and we applaud its nearly two centuries of work, building community relationships and improving the quality of life for Arizonans in need.”

Liberty employees rolled up their sleeves to work in the organization’s warehouse packing emergency food boxes.

For more than a decade, Liberty Property Trust employees have honored the memory of company founder Willard “Bill” G. Rouse III with a national day of community service. It is traditionally observed on the Friday closest to his birthday, June 19, and celebrated by over 400 employees in the company’s more than 20 offices in the US and UK.
