Majestic Realty Co. opens Phoenix office, adds Jack Czerwinski to assist with growing regional portfolio

Phoenix – With multiple projects spanning its years of development work in the greater Phoenix area, Majestic Realty Co, the nation’s largest privately-held industrial developer, has opened a Phoenix office and added a local commercial real estate development professional to help manage its expanding portfolio of projects in the region.

Phoenix-born and raised Jack Czerwinski, who has quickly entrenched himself in the region’s commercial real estate market, joins Majestic Realty Co. as development associate. He will serve as the team’s boots-on-the-ground operating out of the company’s new office location, 2575 E. Camelback Road, Suite 870.  Czerwinski will support the long-term and continued work of a Majestic development team focused on the greater Phoenix area that includes Bill Hayden, Trent Wylde, Brett Tremaine and Tom Simmons.

Czerwinski, who holds a master’s in real estate development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the same school, brings local market experience across CRE disciplines and product types, as well as experience in market analytics.

With a diverse business environment and strong economic factors creating more industrial needs and opportunities, Majestic is seeing a growing level of activity in the market and is looking to further expand its presence.

In addition to the first quarter 2018 completion of three speculative buildings ranging in size from 39,704 square feet to 85,752 square feet at its Majestic Tempe Commerce Center, the company is looking to activate a 4.7-acre site it owns in the Papago submarket. Current plans call for delivery of a speculative 75,000-square-foot building. Czerwinski will assist Bill Hayden and Trent Wylde with these projects.

Majestic is also partnering with a landowner in Tolleson, Ariz. to put a 19-acre site into production in spring 2018. Located west of 83rd Avenue and south of Van Buren Street, plans call for speculative development with leasable space ranging from 30,000 to 225,000 square feet.

“Although we’ve held long-term land positions throughout the greater Phoenix area for several years, our recent completion of the three-building Majestic Tempe Commerce Center, coupled with plans to activate several other area sites, led us to the opening of a full-time office here in Phoenix,” said Majestic Realty Co.
