Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Superstition Business Park is a 15,500-square-foot building located in Tempe, AZ, according to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office.

The asset sold for $1,165,200.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Michael R. Myrick and Cliff Denton , investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office.

Superstition Business Park is a 100% vacant building, located at 4812 S. Mill Avenue in Tempe, Ariz.
