Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Arby’s Corporate and Silver Q Lounge, a 5,677-square foot retail property located in Glendale, Ariz., according to Don Morrow, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office.

The asset sold for $2,203,200.

Mark Ruble, Jamie Medress and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  The buyer, a partnership, was also secured and represented by Mark Ruble, Jamie Medress and Chris Lind.

Arby’s Corporate and Silver Q Lounge is located at 5920 West Bell Road in Glendale, Ariz.
