Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of AutoZone Ground Lease, a 7,400-square foot net-leased property located in Mesa, Ariz., according to Don Morrow, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office. The asset sold for $1,432,200.

Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

AutoZone Ground Lease is located at 2706 South Crismon Road in Mesa, Ariz.
