General Dollar

Oct. 23, 2013- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Dollar General, a 9,026-square foot net-leased property located in Williams, Ariz., according to Don Morrow, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office. The asset sold for $1,492,657.

Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble

Dollar General is located at Franklin Avenue and Grand Canyon Boulevard in Williams, AZ.  Construction on the property was just completed in July 2013.
