SanTan Village Shopping Center

Andy Kroot with Velocity Retail Group, LLC announces that Goodwill of Central Arizona has signed a new lease in the San Tan Village Furniture Shopping Center – located just West of the of Loop 202 and SanTan Village Parkway in Gilbert, Ariz. This is now the third Redesign by Goodwill store in the greater Phoenix area where shoppers will be able to purchase new and gently used furniture, unique home accessories, vintage items. 

Goodwill will occupy the 19,290 square foot store and join other tenants such as Creative Leather Furniture, Spencers TV & Appliance, At Home Furnishings, and CL Home.

“We are pleased to be able to help Goodwill expand their Redesign presence throughout the Valley and support the Goodwill mission with each new store. We are continuing to seek additional full retail stores, Redesign locations, as well as donation centers,” said Kroot. 

Goodwill of Central Arizona is one of the oldest and largest nonprofit agencies in Arizona. These new locations will enable Goodwill to service more customers and donors and will create jobs for the community.
