R.O.I. Properties LLC recently completed a transaction of the property at 2501 N. Pebble Creek Parkway in Goodyear. The 1.58 acre site included a 20-year ground lease by Kentucky Fried Chicken for 29,000-square-feet, with 14 years remaining.

The seller, Eagle SPE Multi I, Inc, was served by Beth Jo Zeitzer and Justin Cirell of R.O.I. Properties in Phoenix. Matthew Lyons of Hogan Group LLC in Scottsdale represented the Seller in the transaction.
