NLAG Sells Burger King At Lowest Cap Rate of Record in AZ

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Burger King Ground Lease – 20 Yrs, a 3,500-square foot net-leased property located in Mesa, AZ, according to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office. The asset sold for $2,150,000 at the lowest cap rate of record for a Burger King property in the state of Arizona.
