Tempe, Arizona. The property, Anasazi Office Building, is located at 1840 East Guadalupe Road and is owned by Nelson
Ranch, Ltd based in Scottsdale.
“This was a great opportunity for both the landlord and Rep.com to expand into a property that had been vacant for a couple of
years. The City of Tempe benefits from a new regional sales office that will generate higher paying jobs as well,” says Nick

Reputation.com has been planning an expansion for a regional sales office for some time and intends to hire as many as 150
people by 2015. One of the regional managers was from Tempe and suggested Tempe as a potential candidate for the new
office. Upon touring several options, the property selected fit many of their requirements: location to freeways, retail amenities and
overall economics of the transaction. “Arizona is home to a vibrant and growing tech community,” said Michael Fertik,
