New large-prototype Starbucks in Phoenix sales for $3,095,000
Phoenix, Ariz. Phoenix Commercial Advisors closed on a new single-tenant, large-prototype Starbucks. The property, located on 0.685 acres on the southwest corner of 35th Avenue and Bell Road at 3549 W. Bell Road, sold for $3,095,000. The brand-new, 3,100-square-foot building with drive-thru closed at $998 per square foot.
