The Pima Door Facility has sold in what is a great Phoenix recovery story. Pima Door a 25-year-old Phoenix area business serving major homebuilders was devastated by the Great Recession: When home builders stop building homes, they stop buying doors.

Phoenix Investor, Jerry Tokoph, purchased the note on Pima Door’s manufacturing facility, 9012 W. Bloomfield Road in Peoria.

Tokoph converted Pima Door’s ownership into a long-term lease with favorable lease terms. As a result, Pima Door was able to get back on its feet and is currently doing very well serving home builders in Las Vegas and Phoenix.

A long-time, home-grown, Phoenix Manufacturing Company was saved.

It is another sign that the economic recovery in Arizona is taking hold.

The 64,000-square-foot facility sold for $5.125 million to Samuel Building Company in Phoenix.

Ray Cashen of Cashen Realty Advisors brokered the deal.
