RJM Construction, a Phoenix general contractor, will soon begin renovations for School of Rock, an international franchise that offers instrument and voice lessons. RJM Construction will renovate 2,650 sq. ft. of an existing building at 885 E. Warner Road, Gilbert, Arizona. The project will be complete in July 2014.

This is the third project RJM Construction has undertaken for School of Rock. Previously, RJM Construction built School of Rock facilities in Scottsdale and Ahwatukee.

As part of the renovation of School of Rock Gilbert, RJM Construction will build special walls and ceilings to minimize the impact of sound produced by student musicians. They also will construct a performance space to create an authentic concert setting.

“RJM Construction was a great construction partner on our first two School of Rock locations. They performed strongly on the projects, and future musicians are currently being cultivated,” said Steve Gentilini, owner of the School of Rock franchises. “We’re very pleased to be working with them again for our Gilbert location.”

In addition to RJM Construction and School of Rock Gilbert, the project architect is RSP Architects.
