Oct. 24, 2013- Salt River Devco announced that it has leased 67,734 square feet and reached 91 percent occupancy at the Chaparral Business Center. New tenants include education solutions company Edgenuity Inc., internet security firm Sitelock, LLC., mortgage lender New American Funding and title and escrow company Title 365.
Devco, an enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, is an asset management and commercial development company. It manages 108 acres of land between Chaparral Road and McDonald Drive including 7 commercial buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet at the Chaparral Business Center. Up to 1 million square feet of office, flex industrial, retail and medical uses are planned for the remaining acreage.
